- Educational guidance on understanding and improving your credit score
- Draft dispute letter templates for raising errors with AECB
- Draft escalation letters for raising unresolved disputes with CBUAE
- Personalised loan eligibility estimates based on your income and Debt Burden Ratio (DBR)

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or act on your behalf with any creditor, bureau, or regulator. All AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
3. Data We Collect and Store
By creating an account and uploading your AECB bureau report, you explicitly consent to AECBSudhar collecting, processing, and storing the following information extracted from your report:
Personal & Demographic Information:
- Full name, nationality, date of birth, gender, marital status
- A one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your Emirates ID number — the actual Emirates ID number is never stored
- UAE mobile number and email address (provided at registration)
Employment & Financial Information:
- Employer name and employment type (Government / Private / Self-Employed etc.)
- Declared monthly salary and salary frequency as printed on your bureau report
- Existing monthly financial obligations (sum of active loan installments)
Credit History & Facility Information:
- AECB credit score and score category
- Full list of credit facilities (loans, credit cards, mortgages) including lender name, facility type, credit limit, outstanding balance, monthly installment, open/close dates, payment history, and days-past-due
- Number of late payments, defaults, and enquiries
- Total outstanding balance and total credit limit across all facilities
- Report flags (e.g. high utilisation, open disputes, multiple defaults)
Derived / Calculated Information:
- Loan eligibility estimates (maximum personal loan, home loan, and credit card limit) calculated based on your declared salary and 50% DBR rule
- Credit score history across multiple uploads
- The original bureau report PDF (stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and accessible only to you)
Why we store this data: We store your bureau data to (a) show you your historical score progression, (b) provide continuity when you return to the platform, and (c) in future, enable consented pre-approval matching with financial partners without you needing to re-upload your report. You will always be notified and asked for consent before your data is used for any purpose beyond direct service delivery.
Data retention: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@aecbsudhar.com.
4. Data Security
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU region with encryption at rest and in transit. Bureau report PDFs are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Row-level security ensures your data is only accessible to you. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Re-Analysis Frequency
To protect users from unnecessary data re-processing and to reflect meaningful credit score changes, re-analysis of a new bureau report is limited to once every 90 days per account. This window aligns with the typical time required for credit improvements to be reflected in the AECB bureau.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each Emirates ID may only be registered once on the platform. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses but the same Emirates ID is strictly prohibited.
7. Loan Eligibility Estimates
The loan eligibility figures shown (maximum personal loan, home loan, and credit card limit) are indicative estimates only, calculated using the UAE Central Bank's 50% Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) guideline and standard market tenors. They are not a guarantee of approval by any financial institution. Actual approvals depend on each bank's internal policies, your full credit profile, and prevailing regulatory requirements.
8. Disclaimer
Our AI-generated analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the outcome of any dispute you raise with AECB, CBUAE, or any creditor. Credit score improvement depends on many factors outside our control and varies by individual circumstances.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Contact
