When you register and use AECBSudhar, we collect:

Full name, email address, and mobile number
Emirates ID number (stored as an encrypted hash for dedupe purposes only)
Your uploaded AECB bureau report PDF
Bank account details provided for reimbursement
Usage data such as login times and pages visited

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide you with AI-powered bureau report analysis
To verify your identity and prevent duplicate accounts
To process your AED 100 reimbursement
To send you service-related communications
To improve our platform and services

3. Emirates ID Handling

Your Emirates ID number is never stored in plain text. It is immediately converted to a one-way encrypted hash upon entry. This hash is used only to detect duplicate registrations and cannot be reversed to reveal your original ID number.

4. Your Bureau Report

Your uploaded AECB PDF is stored securely and encrypted at rest. It is processed by our AI system solely to generate your analysis. We do not share your bureau report with any third party without your explicit consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Our technology infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under strict data processing agreements
AI processing services solely for report analysis
Law enforcement if required by UAE law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us. Bureau reports are deleted from our servers 12 months after upload unless you request earlier deletion.

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and monitored.
